Background
The story
Puma made this special-edition team cap for the 2025 Italian Grand Prix at Monza, worn by Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc during the race weekend. Its one-off blue design is inspired by Niki Lauda's race suit and marks 50 years since Lauda clinched the 1975 Drivers' Championship at Monza.
The race on 7 September 2025 was won by Max Verstappen from pole, after the fastest qualifying lap in Formula One history. Hamilton started with a five-place grid penalty carried over from the Dutch Grand Prix.
