Background
The story
Ayrton Senna signed for Toleman in 1984 and made his Formula One debut at the Brazilian Grand Prix, scoring several podiums in his rookie season. He moved to Lotus in 1985, taking his first pole and his first win at the rain-affected Portuguese Grand Prix.
This 1:10 Minichamps model is the helmet from 1985, the year of his first Grand Prix win.
