Background
The story
The Abarth SE 031 was the pre-series prototype of the Fiat 131 Abarth rally car. A 3.5-litre Group 5 031 won the 1975 Giro d'Italia automobilistico.
The 131 Abarth went on to win the World Rally Championship for manufacturers in 1977, 1978 and 1980, and 20 WRC events between 1976 and 1981.
