Background
The story
In 2014 Lewis Hamilton switched from yellow to a white helmet with three red ribbons on the side.
The 2015 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas on 25 October was hit by heavy rain, and qualifying had to be held on race morning. Hamilton passed teammate Nico Rosberg late in the race to win, and with Sebastian Vettel third he clinched his third Drivers' Championship. Only twelve cars finished.
