Background

The story

The R35 GT-R was unveiled at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show and built at Nissan's Tochigi plant until August 2025, around 48,000 cars over 18 years. No longer part of the Skyline range, it introduced the VR38DETT engine and ATTESA E-TS Pro all-wheel drive, and was one of the first production cars with launch control and a dual-clutch gearbox.

Liberty Walk, founded by Wataru Kato and based in Aichi, Japan, dates its establishment to 1993. Its own body kits began in 2008 with a Lamborghini Murciélago, which launched the LB★Performance brand, and the LB★WORKS name grew out of its 2012 SEMA show car with cut-and-fitted overfenders. The LB Silhouette Works GT brand followed in 2018.
